How I think about product

Prioritizing means saying no, with reasons. If everything is important, the roadmap is decided by whoever pushes hardest.
Every technical decision is also a product decision. It affects users, cost, speed and risk, and that's how I look at it.
A short roadmap that gets delivered is worth more than a long one nobody believes in.
AI makes me faster at work that doesn't need judgment. Judgment is still the team's job.

Product: Discovery, prioritization, roadmap, user stories and acceptance criteria, working with the business and stakeholders.
Execution: MVPs, releases, coordinating teams and vendors, validating UX and flows.
Technology: React/JS, React Native, Next.js, Laravel, WordPress, REST and GraphQL APIs, Firebase, architecture, testing, performance (WPO) and technical SEO, Git, Azure and Vercel.
Applied AI: Daily use in analysis, documentation, prototyping and spec-driven development.

I started as a full-stack developer in 2011, building websites and custom WordPress plugins.
2014–2021

I led the software and web development department from 2014 to 2021: web and mobile products, from discovery to launch.
2021–2025
Fruntera
I ran a digital product agency from 2021 to 2025: web and mobile products for startups and SMEs. That's where I learned what every decision costs, including from the inside.
